I've become pretty famous since the start of this project.
The phone calls, radio interviews and TV spots
are more than I can keep up with.
Actually, none of that is true. I have done a little here and there. I started this project in December of 2010 never expecting it to grow into all that it has. I now have readers in nearly every state of the United States, as well as several countries around the world.
My blog has also made it to multiple top Google searches. Anywhere from page one to three. One of which being "Trade Me". If you are not familiar with the company "Trade Me", they are pretty much the largest online auction company in the world, based in New Zealand with a net worth well over $1 billion dollars. Another one is A&E Barter Kings, or just Barter Kings. I started this project long before the show came about, so no this is not a copy cat.
When I traveled to Fort Smith to make a trade, I was lucky enough to get to do a radio interview with the radio group that runs 5 stations in the Fort Smith area. It aired on a few of their stations over the course of the day. They also linked me to Kool 104.7 and 94.5 The Fort. You can check out the interview below.
I also was interviewed by one of the Channel 6 reporters a while back, but unfortunately it never aired due to the coverage of a monster snow storm we had. The above picture was taken before I fancied up the Trade Mobile
